It can take 5-7 business days to load your cards into your account after receiving your shipment/package.

A sent trade request is when you found a card you want and you initiate the trade.
 
A received trade request is when you have a card someone else is interested in.

Users are responsible for paying any/all shipping costs associated to inbound and outbound shipments. We offer a Reward Point system that can be used to redeem free outbound shipping.

You can expect to receive your cards in the mail 5-7 business days from the date your Outbound request was submitted.

Every Pokémon card received is placed in a penny sleeve + toploader and secured within a climate-regulated vault.

If we're responsible for any damage or loss to your Pokémon card(s), replacement or full monetary compensation will be provided without hestitation.
