It can take 5-7 business days to load your cards into your account after receiving your shipment/package.

A sent trade request is when you found a card you want and you initiate the trade.

A received trade request is when you have a card someone else is interested in.

Users are responsible for shipping costs on inbound and outbound orders. After completing an inbound order, a $5 trade credit will be applied to your account to help offset shipping costs. Additionally, you can utilize our Reward Points to redeem free outbound shipping which will also cut down shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your cards in the mail 5-7 business days from the date your Outbound request was submitted.

Every Pokémon card received is placed in a penny sleeve + toploader and secured within a climate-regulated vault.

If we're responsible for any damage or loss to your Pokémon card(s), replacement or full monetary compensation will be provided without hestitation.
